Cold-water immersion to improve mood, alertness, decrease nervousness and stress.
Improves blood circulation to your tissues and muscles to help reduce pain and inflammation.
Steam
Steam rooms encourages deep breathing helping to break up congestion in your sinuses and lungs. The warm condensation rinses away dead skin and toxins that can lead to breakouts by opening up pores for clearer and cleaner skin!
Cold Plunge Pool
A "comfortable" cold for those new to Ice Bathing and cold exposure.
Mineral Pool
Bathing in magnesium and potassium can help detoxify and balance the body, reducing stress and anxiety, improving circulation, and alleviating pain.
